I had ordered a Ceasar Salad and my poor dear deceived mother thought in her brain and heart that Lance Knobel really had ‘Came, saw and conquered’ Berkeley…These were the exact words out of my own mother’s mouth as we sat in California Pizza Kitchen in Emeryville.

Yes. There was a loaded revolver found in the gym bag of the ‘manager’ of the 2 working girls and during the lapdance foisted on me against my will, the girl got upset that I didn’t somehow ‘do it right’?

Anyways, Emilie Raguso of Berkeleyside did a report on my arrest. She posted an arrest report that attributed quotes, comments and threats made by me…BUT DID NOT EVEN INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE PERSON CLAIMING I SAID ALL OF THESE THINGS!?
According to court papers, the victim told police he got six emails from Gilbert, some of which demanded money. Lines quoted by police reportedly from the emails included: “I will put you through a meat grinder if you don’t pay me $25,000” and “If I do get the ability and you don’t pay I will kill you.”
The emails also included phrases, according to court documents, such as “I may be putting thee in a ditch all while watching you twitch,” “You are at the top of my list,” “My business partners might blast you in daylight in the middle of the plaza” and “not to mention some dudes who know how to cut heads off.”
None of these alleged threats even had any human officer quoted as recording the quotes. Notice it says ‘court papers’ and ‘court documents’…
Also, this article has been edited, numerous times where before they just used the word ‘authorities’…As in ‘authorities said’…
For 3+ years they had up the FALSE charge of tattooing a minor and finally updated it after untold amounts of false, libelous publicity!…
