I did some time in jail – Santa Rita jail in Dublin CA – The jail with the most in custody deaths in California.

My crime was allegedly sending a threatening email to someone, a member of a notorious secret society in california rumored by many to be involved in occult ritual murder that meet in the woods yearly somewhere north of SF (maybe you know who!)…

The police report blogged online is so FRAUDULENT that it did not even include a NAMED SOURCE for the person quoted claiming that I said all of those nasty things…

Further, the online news website REFUSED, outright, to allow me an inline rebutal telling my side of the conflict…OR EVEN A COMMENT! That’s right! No FREE SPEECH to get to the truth of conflict – not even an honest comment. (in BERKELEY, CA – The land of ‘FREE SPEECH’ no less)…

So this ‘poor, innocent ‘victim” – let’s just call him ‘tito epstein’…tito epstein was 110% GUILTY of EXTORTION, BLACKMAIL and INCITEMENT TO DEBAUCHERY!

I was at a bachelor party with tito at the Delta River in California around 2008 for a mutual friend named Mike.

The SANE, rational, intelligent among our group including the bride to be said “NO STRIPPERS”…”please! — nothing to fuck up a future potential happy healthy marriage over 30 minutes of immature foolishness” (they said this in as many words, and I agreed wholeheartedly)…

But arrive they did!

I don;t know who arranged it, but it most certainly wasn’t me! – I have been a self-employed wewbmaster since 2002 and had spent YEARS building websites and trying to make a business profitable while under MAJOR duress from interest banking like $35/overdraft fees – Even though my business was run out of my parents condo which they let me stay at for reduced rent (well mostly free if I am honest)…

No.Way.In.Hell. that I wanted anything to do with anything as foolish as $400 craigslist ‘dancers’ to jeopardize OVER !& HRS OF WORK PER DAY FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS!…

So we are sitting in a circle in the rental room at the Delta in Nor Cal as part of the water skiing wakeboarding party…

The dancing girls start to do their thing with their ‘manager’ watching.

I was probably 3rd in the lineup and when it came to me I said “NO. No Thanks.” Politely

I don’t remember the EXACT words but it was LITERALLY 5 or 10 times of me saying no, no thanks, not me, I do not want to participate in this.

(FYI: I see involvement with strippers and paid sex as a STUPID, INFANTILE, HIGHLY RISKY BEHAVIOR. If you cannot get laid, use your hand or something, but paying a woman to give you the illusion experience of some sort of ‘attraction’ is just not my cup of tea and I think it needs no real explanation to intelligent people of the world of any religion or creed)…

So this guy ‘tito’ says over and over again and again and again:
“No, you MUST do it! We are ALL doing it” – again this is pretty much the exact text of the dialogue but it was over and over again and again WE ARE ALL DOING IT!

Well, somehow, conveniently, tito is the very last person in ‘the circle of love’ to get his turn with the working girls and he does the following:

A little konichiwa Japanese style bow and says ‘no thanks’ and pays the girl like $250 cash for not even giving him a dance at all!

THERE WAS A LOADED REVOLVER IN THE ROOM!

The manager of the girls had a gym bag with a loaded gun in it that one of our guys found later.

At one point during my lap dance which I absolutely did not want as you already know, the girl got mad because I awkwardly slapped her ass a bit – like a drum – not hard at all.

My point is, realistically, there could have been a fatal altercation.

(Maybe you have seen movies like ‘Very Bad Things’ with Christian Slater?)…

Also, I contend that there is a high probability one of these working girls was INFECTED WITH INCURABLE VD/STD!

I sure as HELL didn’t want her ‘juices’ on my lap – even with boxers and/or jeans on…

And 1 member of the crew, Mark, who was also told WE ARE ALL DOING IT let one of these girls slide on his face without any protection – just some nasty sleezy sort of ‘creme’ or ‘foam’…

All of this situation and due to my past experience dealing with tito led me to believe that THERE MAY HAVE BEEN HIDDEN CAMERAS IN THE ROOM!…

You may be familar with the case of Hulk Hogan and one of his ‘friends’ recording him secretely and sending the video to Gawker…

You may have some idea of the legal stakes involved in this type of behavior and that Hogan had to use CHAMPERTY – legal assistance in secret from tech mogul Peter Thiel who also had a beef with Gawker over a brief article they did outing him for his sexual preference…

If you are educated, you may know that the actual LEGAL STRATEGY to nail people for this sort of outrageous, devious unethical machiavellian behaviors requires YEARS OF BRUTAL, Unorthodox LEGAL STRATEGY and secretive work.

They had to rope Gawker into the backwaters courts of Florida with a slightly more conservative judiciary to deliver THE BODYSLAM BANKRUPTCY SUIT because no one, none at all, in California would ever do anything at all about this sort of OUTRAGEOUS ENTRAPMENT with blackmail, extortion and INCITEMENT TO DEBAUCHERY involved.

California is 1000% run by the occult who are given license to slander and entrap you endlessly with almost no legal repercussions possible! I contend that this sort of behavior is on par with ATTEMPTED GENOCIDE because even if there weren’t hidden cameras and footage that could later be used to destroy any relationship I might have…

There would still be endless gossip and defamation of me if anything crazy had happened! No decent woman wants to have anything to do with a man who is involved in scandal with strippers.

This situation was SO bad that it was a MAJOR factor in me leaving the country and getting dual citizenship in Israel. The level of defamation and entrapment aimed at me as a semitic hetero male in california was unreal.

I actually did not even return from Israel for my grandmother’s funeral in Vegas area in part because I was pretty scared of these types of entrapment schemes going on in the USA involving working girls.

So anyways – After few years in Israehell (I did study ‘biblical warrior arts’ with abir who you may have heard of and who knows Frank Dux)…

I left the country and came back to CA due to a near death experience in Jerusalem and the fact that I really cannot relate to almost anyone in that country because they are more than 100 yrs behind the USA in advertising culture (which is my metier).

Seeking to sort out the past I sent the email trying to figure out how someone claiming to be a ‘friend’ would stoop to such GUTTER POLITICS as trying to have me infected with STD and/or create KOMPROMAT that would obviously be used in the future whenever and wherever possible to make any marital relationship possible at all due to community gossip.

I was arrested for ‘criminal threats’ because I said something along the lines of you really have it coming for trying to entrap me with such outrageous dishonest, low gutter tactics while claiming to be a ‘friend’…

The exact words I do not remember but my police report is partially bullshit and they did not even name the person who attributed the quoted threats to me only ‘authorities’.That and the fact that they would not give me an inline rebuttal or even a comment on the arrest report is sufficient proof that there was a coordinated character assassination plot against me.

I consider my reputation as an honest businessman despite all of this.

My business is a 100% legal hack on the Microsoft Language Thesaurus packs to give anyone the tools to find pithy, iconic names for their brands and products and then get the domain name and or trademark them. That is the business service I offer – Hacking Microsoft and using their underutilized IP assets to nail names for your own brands that beat the market – Wall street and madison Ave included (more details later – not advertising do not care for a dime just clarifying as to how I make my money compared to others in this world)

So, I ended up in Santa Rita jail, multiple times over this issue of Reputation Management.

I was arrested the 2nd time for the ‘hi-crime, criminal act’ of trying to speak for myself in court during a probation hearing.

The police put me in cuffs in the court room hearing and dragged me back in.

There was reasonably high level martial arts involved in the court room with an african bailiff snatching a pen from behind my ear very quickly as to avoid the possibility of me using it as any sort of defense tool. There were 2 of them and they did ruff me up a bit and had the cuffs extra tight behind my back.

YES! Try to speak at all to clear your name in a California Kangaroo court and they will lock you up quick quick!

So anyways, I am back in Santa Rita and I want to call my mother per my p.c. 851.5 rights to phone which state that you are entitled to a call withing 2 hours of arrest.

The police blatantly ignored my rights over 3 days (and are holding others OVER 60 DAYS without access to phone for family OR legal counsel in VIOLATION of numerous laws and statutes)…

HERE IS WHERE SHIT GETS REAL! VERY REAL!!

I had been in verbal arguments with multiple police over the 3 days, asking politely numerous times to let me call my mom so that she would not worry too much.

All ignored, not even acknowledged!

Police, by law, are supposed to tolerate a bit of verbal conflict and let’s face it: People like those at Santa Rita (if you can call them people) really don’t care at all about what the law says.

So, the nasties thing I said was probably to a butch dyke short haired officer named ‘Guichard’.

Guichard did not even acknowledge me as human when I requested my p.c. 851.5 legal rights to phone (which by law they are personally liable for, financially and legally for violating) so I may have gone as far as to call her something along the lines of ‘an unattractive dyke’ (which is in fact TRUE in my opinion)

She was not physically ‘hideous’ but mentally she was a complete and total psychopath like most of the losers in blue – people who claim to be ‘patriots’ ‘upholding the law’ who will do anything and everything their superiors tell them to, including violating the US Constitution and every last law and statute on the books…

So, the next day, Guichard and her partner, a young stocky Mongolian show up at my cell and tell me to ‘cuff up’ to go and use the phone. Why cuff up? People are let out of the cells without cuffs and the phones are right there in the pod!

I thought the situation had the whiff of something a bit more sinister than visit to the phones and refused to cuff up by inserting my hands behind my back through the slot at the door.

WARNING: BLOODY, REAL, HARDCORE REALITY IN POLICE MARTIAL ARTS VIDEO FOOTAGE!

So, the argument continues and the Mongolian opens up my cell door. At minute 1.55 of the video you can see him motion to his partner guichard to draw the taser! Yes, he already had it in mind to tase me in this altercation.

WHAT WERE THEY GOING TO DO? TASE ME, CUFF ME, AND FORCE ME TO USE THE PHONE!!??

No way in HELL – none at all that they are supposed to open the cell when someone declines to use the phone. They can say fine: no cuffs no phone and walk away, or at the very least go get a commander – There are PROTOCALS for this sort of thing and I will find them! Credible sources have told me I am right on point here exposing this!

So, you can watch the BLOODY FIGHT FOOTAGE that was sent to my lawyer upon subpeona.

Notice that the footage comes from a company called AXON – They make police tasers and bodycams and also own evidence.com which is the video SAAS used to created packages for attorneys which are sent via email on google drive as part of court proceedings, subpoenas etc…

i had been trying to explain my side of this conflict for years and trust me: NO BAR LAWYER CAN OR WILL EVER HELP you when you have a conflict like this over REALITY IN FIGHTS WITH POLICE.

LISTEN CAREFULLY PLEASE:

The video footage shows me yelling at the officer from across the cell and then walking towards him and shoving him before his partner circles around his back to the right and shoots me with the Axon taser.

I SWEAR ON MY GRAVE AND THE GRAVE OF MY MOTHER THIS IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED!

You can already know, for sure, that this ‘evidence’ footage was edited because there is blood dripping everywhere but never shows how the blood came into play.

TRUTH: The Mongolian officer punched me in the head as hard as he could about 25 times opening up a large cut when I had Guichard pinned to the ground with my right knee on her head in a commanding position for 20 or 30 seconds.

What REALLY happened was that I was sitting on my bed, 10 ft away from the officers, arguing over my p.c. 851.5 rigths to phone when the taser was fired.

YES: I was arguing saying I do not want to cuff up, I don’t trust you and the Mongolian said:
“Jesse I want you to look at me for a second”

He was in front of me, 10 feet and on the right and when I glanced at him for .5 seconds…

POP went the Axon taser, already drawn from Guichard’s holster and hidden behind her back in her right hand!

I swear on everything (not god or the bible because I don’t believe in that shit anymore really)…But I swear on my life and that of all of my family, extended included THE LEVEL OF VIDEO EDITING IS SOMETHING YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE IN 100 YRS IF YOU DIDN’T HAVE me walking you through what is actually possible here…

Video 1 includes the end where I am bleeding profusely (from the 25 or so hard fist strikes to my skull from the mongol) while I am on my bed in my cell getting tased again. 15 or more cops are on the scene in less than 90 seconds – which I don’t know how is possible unless they had people somehow watching this already on closed circuit and setting off an alarm.

They cuff me, hands behind the back, drag me from the cell and refuse to even pull up my pants (oh well – more people have gone naked in holllywood for lamer action than this!)…

FORENSIC FRAUD SCANDAL PART 2: The Isolation Cell.

If you look at the still video evidence or the video itself, you will see a MASSIVE BLOODSTAIN on the concrete wall.

TRUTH: My hands were cuffed behind my back, I was being held by more than one officer, and an officer entered the cell and rammed my head into the concrete multiple times OPENING UP ANOTHER LARGE CUT! – Yes, the bloodstain on the wall was from what I contend was attempted murder by bludgeoning which has already happened in my area of california and has already resulted in a $10,000,000+ lawsuit from the family (the person was killed in the other case)…

It should be patently obvious to you that AXON enterprises / evidence.com engaged in scandalous FRAUD and editing of the footage videos and FALSE ADVERTISING when their tagline is “TELLING THE FULL STORY” – bzzzzzt! eehhhhhht! WRONG!! – Not even 30%!

THE REAL SCANDAL: A ‘dr’ dressed in a white robe, an african male with long greasy hair entered the cell with a brown paper bag containing what I contend was A TOXIC LETHAL INJECTION! – At the very least what was in the needle he sought to stick me with would have rendered me sterile and very likely dead on the spot (like other Santa Rita inmates – the place with the most in custody deaths in CA)…

THE REAL COMBAT STORY:

He entered the cell and threw the brown bag down on the concrete bench at the FAR LEFT side…

I was on the RIGHT SIDE of the concrete bench with my hands cuffed behind my back and my ankles shackled together and being held by about 4 officers.

As the ‘dr’ was getting ready to prepare the needle, he put his right leg up on the concrete bench. His heel was on the concrete, his toes were pointed straight up in the air, and his leg was hyperextended with his knee joint exposed.

*NOTE: I have studied TFT TIm Larkin joint breaking PRINCIPLES so I do know the mechanics of how many directions joints on the human body can move in.

At the moment I saw his knee exposed, I relaxed my body completely and the officers holding me relaxed their grip, thinking I had given up and was ready for ‘The Hot Shit’…

When their grip loosened, I jumped up in the air, rotated 180 degrees in the air (while double cuffed, hands behind the back and ankles shackled) and landed with my butt directly on the knee joint of the african witch doctor SNAPPING IT BACKWARDS IN HALF making an awful sound.

He screamed, dropped the needle, and hobbled out of the room probably maimed for life.

The video shows me stumbling into the leg of an african american officer and hurting him, making him give up, which I’m not sure whether or not is true – It is possible this was true and that I actually pulled off 2 DOUBLE CUFFED KNEE SNAPS in MORTAL ISOLATI)ON CELL COMBAT outnumbered something like 15 to 1 overall (all people involved)…

The black officer shown in the video with the hurt leg (and short shaved head) is someone I don’t really remember but you can be sure I 100% DID SNAP THE LEG of another african male, the ‘doctor’ in white who is totally edited out of the video.

There is a whole lot more!

After this, maybe 15 officers rushed into the room and a high powered pneumatic rifle was pointed directly at my face at a distance of approximately 5 inches. An officer with his hat turned backwards was screaming at me over and over again and again at the top of his lungs to LIE DOW! LIE DOWN (and take the toxic shot!).

I told him ‘Do what you gotta do, I’m just going to sit hear’

He screamed at me at the top of his lungs for probably a good minute or 2 and then fired 3 blanks at my face and left the room.

MORE FORENSICS FRAUD SCANDAL AND REAL PIG BEHAVIORS!

After this, they forced me to go to a hospital to get stiched up – to cover up any evidence of attempted murder.

We went to some hospital in oakland, about a 40 minute drive and I was told when walking in “YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!” by one of these ugly idiotic nurses.

At the hospital I was in the room with an officer.

Throughout the trip I kept saying to any nurse that would listen:

Please, please take pictures of my wounds – at least on your phone! I want evidence to support my side of the story of what just happened.

None, not one of the nurses would do it – 1 may have said ok but the police escort said ‘NO’

In the hospital, sitting on the bed I told the nurse “I will not get stiched up until evidence photos are taken!’ too male nurses entered the room (who by the way BOTH had the smell of cock on their breath) and went at me like they were just going to ignore my wishes.

I said no no no but the cop said “You are getting stiched up!” and pointed his AXON taser at me.

He tapped his Axon video camera a few times saying, implying ‘this is the only evidence you will need’ as though it is humanely possible that Axon would hand over this footage at all and show the truth about fights with police.

I refused to get stiched up, even with the Axon taser pointed at me and the Axon cams filming and when the pig kept demanding by threat of force to get stiched up without evidence photos…

I SPIT IN HIS FACE!

Damn right that phony, that punk, that fraud left me no option!

In this second, he reared back and punched me with his large hammy fist, as hard as he could, right in my head (keep in mind, my hands were still cuffed behind my back)

They finally gave up and we left the hospital. The blood clotted on it’s own within a few hours and within a few days of neosporin / hydrocortisone application I was mostly fine.

CONCLUSION: Police really are not to be respected! They are not called PIGS without good reason. They are not really patriots because they militantly violate the civil rights of many US citizens and support anti-constitutional gun-grabs which are aimed at ‘neutralizing’ all means of combating big government corruption.

Yes and no. I can tell you more such as my legal proceedings and my Mandamus motion, a 1000% legit one which was ignored before I was sent to a metnal hospital. There I had a fight that I lost with someone who, though skinny, hit fast and hard on the level of a Jai Michael White flick.
