Following my arrest for requesting to represent myself Pro-Per I was held in Santa Rita, Dublin CA jail for 3 FULL DAYS without my Legal / Civil P.C. 851.5 Rights to phone – The law is 2 calls within 3 hours of arrest and I wanted to call my mom to let her know I had been arrested so that she would not worry.

I was kept in my cell 3 full days for asking for my rights and they did not even let me out at pod time with the rest of the inmates that I might use the phone. YES! They locked me down, in my cell without access to even 1 hour of pod time per day JUST FOR ASKING FOR MY LEGAL / CIVIL RIGHTS!
Around day 3 a Lesbian officer named Guichard walked past my cell and I requested her that I get my phone calls. I asked her every time she walked by over the course of her shift but she just ignored me, smirked with IMPUNITY that my rights were being violated – And went about her shift.
I WAS ANGRY! And rightfully so!!
