Aircall provides browser-based voice infrastructure with CRM integrations, call routing, and analytics dashboards. The technical architecture sits on top of Twilio's communication APIs, making Aircall a user interface layer on infrastructure it does not own. The product differentiator is supposed to be ease of deployment compared to legacy PBX systems, which is a problem enterprises solved a decade ago.
