A verified Lead Scout introduction earns 5% of eligible collected receipts while Khan runs the sale. An authorized Enterprise Closer earns 20% for active discovery, relationship, negotiation and closing responsibilities. These are alternatives—not a combined 25%.
If separate scouts and closers work together, their written agreement must split the approved base fee. Software never reuses hardware’s 7% or ebook’s 50% rate.

Registration, review & privacy
- Register the organization, buyer contact, country, software need, requested role and permission through WOWLS.org. A stable lead ID supports owner reconciliation.
- Khan may acknowledge or decline the lead and record a proposed tier and review note. Existing-account and duplicate-claim review applies.
- Acknowledgement is not contract signing, compliance clearance or earned commission. A verified decision-maker meeting and written tier/authority are required.
- Only the submitting approved ambassador and approved Khan admin may read lead contacts. Recruited leaders do not receive those details. No public lead, member-identity, email or ledger lookup is offered.
Eligible receipts & written terms
- The signed agreement must define the eligible fee basis and exclusions, cleared milestone receipts, renewals, attribution period, invoice/payout terms, currency and taxes.
- Disputed, unpaid and cancelled amounts are excluded. Refunds and credits reduce fees proportionately under the written agreement.
- No automatic software commission is active. A separate lawyer-reviewed agreement and isolated receipt/ledger integration must establish trusted lead/contract identity, agreed tier and split, immutable recruitment-line snapshot, currencies, sandbox exclusion, duplicate protection and owner reconciliation.
- An inquiry, valid referral click or Khan acknowledgement never creates a sale, conversion or commission.
Lawful outreach & promotion
- Obtain permission, handle contacts lawfully, honor opt-outs, disclose the paid relationship alongside each promotion and use only substantiated claims.
- Ambassadors cannot bind WOWLS! or promise outcomes. No gifts, kickbacks or undisclosed benefits to buyers or officials.
- Investment and securities fundraising fees and solicitation are excluded. A finder’s contract is not a broker-dealer exemption.
Sovereign & public-sector clearance
Government, sovereign and state-owned buyers require separate legal clearance before any fee offer or solicitation. Review procurement contingent-fee restrictions, lobbying, conflicts, anti-bribery/FCPA, sanctions/export controls and local-agent rules before activity. No government-contract eligibility is automatic or promised.
