The core product — Think & Learn — combined animated video lessons with adaptive quizzing for K-12 math and science, delivered through a mobile app that worked offline in bandwidth-constrained Indian markets. The technology was unremarkable but the go-to-market was surgical: aggressive door-to-door sales teams convinced Indian parents to finance tablets and annual subscriptions at price points that required multi-year loan commitments.
