Arban / Tumen Structure

WOWLS organizes operational units along the classical Mongolian decimal model: Arban (10), Zuun (100), Mingghan (1,000), Tumen (10,000). Each cell is self-sufficient, cross-trained, and answerable to a single commander one tier up. The structure collapses bureaucracy and produces a flat, fast, and brutally accountable command graph.
